Job Title: Senior Agile Coach
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our product and engineering team. As a key member of our Agile leadership, you will play a vital role in supporting multiple Scrum teams and driving the continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Support and guide multiple Scrum teams, providing coaching and guidance to improve team performance and delivery.
* Partner with enterprise Agile leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
* Work closely with cross-functional team members across multiple regions, collaborating to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* SAFe certification highly desired, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional).
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
