SAP Technical Cutover Manager
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP technical activities, collaborate with leadership and project managers to ensure successful go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and PMO.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW).
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
