OverviewSr. Treasury Analyst role at Polaris Inc. The position will oversee month end close processes and financial reporting for treasury activities, implement financial controls, and assist in daily liquidity management. The role also manages accounts receivable, credit and collections policies and procedures for international distributors and Polaris accounts.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepares monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for treasury related transactionsServes as main contact for back-office confirmations for various trading activitiesInitiates ACH and wire transfers, ensuring appropriate approvals and accuracyAdministers Polaris global bank accounts and maintains global bank account signatoriesAssists in opening and closing of global bank accountsAssists in daily liquidity management including short-term borrowing and/or investmentsResponsible for accounts receivable management for assigned accounts, reconciling activities, applying cash, ensuring credit compliance and following up past due invoicesManages global accounts receivable reserve, with a focus on US business segmentsProcesses credit release orders for finished goods, parts, garments and accessories ordersAssists business teams in credit and collections policies and procedures by monitoring customers’ payment history and credit profilesMaintains and documents processes and procedures to comply with Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 requirements and drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibilityMiscellaneous projects as assignedSkills, Knowledge & EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in Credit and/or Corporate Treasury preferredStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of office software including Word, Excel, PowerPointFamiliarity with OneStream, AS 400, Kyriba, Billtrust, Fxall, Creditsafe a plusWorking ConditionsHybrid, minimal travel (if any).Compensation & BenefitsThe starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year.
