Customer Success Consultant
This position involves driving customer success and business development activities in Latin America.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Customer Success & Engagement
o Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding sessions to educate customers on our solutions.
o Guidance: Provide expert guidance to help customers maximize their investment with us.
o Relationships: Foster strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Development:
o Opportunity Identification: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
o Pipeline Management: Develop a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
o Prospecting: Engage in proactive prospecting activities through calls, emails, and presentations.
* Strategic Communication:
o Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value proposition.
o Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content for workshops, seminars, and industry events.
o Event Representation: Represent our organization at conferences and trade shows as scheduled.
* Reporting & Documentation:
o Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
o Progress Updates: Regularly update management on engagement metrics and deliverables.
