1. Design, Install, Configure, and Support Systems Technologies: Ensure seamless operation of servers, storage, and Active Directory by configuring and supporting systems technologies.
2. Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures, providing expert advice and support.
3. Support Engineering Teams: Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
4. Manage Client Support Tickets: Resolve client support tickets efficiently, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
5. Report Project Progress: Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability, and report on project progress.
Skill Requirements:
1. System Engineering Experience: 3–4 years of experience in system engineering in enterprise or managed service environments.
2. Microsoft 365 Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
3. Intune and Mobile Device Management: Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
4. MFA and Single Sign-On Solutions: Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
5. Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
6. System Documentation: Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
