Job Description
Assist the agency's business area in serving members and clients, providing information related to Sicredi's products and services.
Perform operational activities and support at self-service points, aiming for efficient and swift service, business development, and meeting established goals.
Main Responsibilities
Support and guide members in accessing the business platform, self-service, mobile, or teller counters, based on the needs identified during direct contact, to ensure faster service.
Identify new business opportunities with members and direct them to the Business Managers.
Requirements and Skills
Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Proven experience in agency service or similar market roles.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Possession of CPA 10 / 20 certification will be considered a plus.
