We are seeking a dedicated individual who can demonstrate fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being a plus.
* Daily Tasks:
* Navigate the Digistore24 platform to assist accounts with features, issues, and concerns
* Proactively foster business growth by nurturing relationships and providing value-added services
* Communicate effectively with accounts via chat or video call, ensuring issues are addressed and follow-up is provided until resolution
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve account satisfaction
* Track daily tasks and report weekly performance according to assigned KPIs
