About the Position
We are seeking a strategic sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Retention and Growth - In Charge of Existing Clients Within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement targeted account plans to achieve sales objectives, foster client growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Pursuit of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Maintenance of regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their goals.
* Identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Preparation and presentation of reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
* Collaboration with product development teams to provide insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
