Business Analyst – Product Designer Role
The Business Analyst - Product Designer plays a pivotal role in the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
1. Audit business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
2. Lead requirements gathering and functional design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product development.
3. Develop detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories) to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles.
