Sales Manager
We're looking for a skilled Sales Manager to drive business growth in LATAM. As a key player, you will sell nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and market strategies.
* Collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Market trend monitoring and competitor activity analysis to identify white spaces and protect market share.
* Meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Representation of the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
