A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
This role works closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage. The primary objective is to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with company turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and has a key performance indicator (KPI) of 95%+ on-time task completion rate, an internal team satisfaction score of 8/10 or higher, and error-free deliverables of 95%+.
The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing, excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be comfortable using project management tools and shared docs to track and communicate work.
We operate from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
