You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.How you will contributeYou will:Manage change and transformation within the Operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Progressive Maintenance (PM), within a self-sufficient team model. Lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and development.Support manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Coach line leaders and communicate plans and KPIs to ensure alignment and understanding.Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and drive continuous improvement. Manage improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems.Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements, including quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, security, and environmental policies. Regularly review and monitor implementation.Lead talent, capability, and engagement initiatives within the manufacturing team. Attract, retain, and develop critical talent at all levels, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.What you will bringDesire to advance your career with the following experience and knowledge:Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools, and concepts.Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment.
