Main Responsibilities:
* Manage internal communication and task coordination to ensure timely deliverables
* Work closely with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials
* Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client requirements and turnaround standards
* Organize and update task trackers and teamwork spaces daily
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Maintain open communication with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and set deadlines to ensure efficiency and reduce delays
* Organization and Internal Communication: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date task trackers and teamwork spaces
* Quality Control: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects
