Key Responsibilities:
Define clear product requirements and user stories;
Lead product discovery, from requirements to scoping;
Manage and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Manager;
Ensure product vision and business goals alignment;
Implement analytics to track performance and user satisfaction;
Support delivery teams and coordinate with other squads;
Monitor live product and drive continuous improvement;
Collaborate with stakeholders across Brazil and LATAM;
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and SLA standards.
You will join a collaborative, cross-functional team leading strategic digital initiatives across Brazil and Latin America, working on-site in Curitiba with high visibility and business impact.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role;
Experience with customer engagement solutions;
Strong leadership and stakeholder management;
Excellent communication, organization, and storytelling skills;
Agile/DevOps experience;
Analytical mindset and continuous-improvement focus;
Financial services background is a plus;
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar;
Advanced English; multicultural experience preferred.
