Job Overview
This role involves providing operational and technical support to end-users, focusing on resolving incidents and problems related to EUC equipment and software. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and fixing issues, coordinating with vendors when necessary, and managing IT assets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Onsite Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users at their sites, ensuring operational and technical support as per site categorization.
* Troubleshoot & Resolve Incidents: Identify and resolve issues associated with EUC equipment and software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to authorized users.
* Coordinate with Vendors: Work with third-party vendors to maintain equipment and software in good working order.
* Manage IT Assets: Administer the lifecycle of laptops and desktops, including adding, moving, changing, updating, and reassigning devices.
* Perform Hard and Soft Break Fix Services: Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops, including asset management, PC configuration, and profile creation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Technical Skills: Excellent IT hardware troubleshooting skills, with a focus on Windows 10/11 OS, MS Office, Outlook trouble shooting, and basic networking skills.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and vendors.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
