We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our global client base in Brazil and LATAM. This role is critical in fostering client loyalty and driving business success.
Responsibilities:
 * Strategically develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand services.
 * Analyze client behavior, identify unmet needs, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.
 * Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 4-7 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background in banking, investments, or related fields.
 * Portfolio of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
 * Proven track record of successful relationship management and revenue growth in similar roles.
 * Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English.
 * Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
