Job Overview
A seasoned Salesforce Developer is sought after to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, leveraging the Salesforce platform and web development best practices. This role involves technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud features, writing solution documentation, configuring solutions within the Salesforce platform, and developing custom development to achieve desired user experience and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Translate business requirements into programmatic and declarative solutions following best practices.
2. Participate in technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud features.
3. Write technical solution documentation detailing technical approach and how it achieves business objectives.
4. Configure the solution within the Salesforce platform and perform custom development to achieve desired user design, experience, and functionality.
5. Develop, test, and document development, integrations, and data migration elements.
6. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
7. Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
8. Continuous learning of new technical and product capabilities from Salesforce, inclusive of keeping apprised of updates in each release as well as industry best practices with web development.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, customize user interfaces, and integrate third-party applications to deliver seamless experiences for clients.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, 3+ years of experience working with Apex, 2+ years of experience working with LWC, 2+ years of experience working with Service Cloud, and 1+ year of experience working with Experience Cloud. Additionally, Salesforce Developer Certification is necessary, and advanced English Level is required for effective communication with US clients.
