Senior IT Service Management Developer
We are seeking a seasoned expert to architect, develop, and optimize IT service management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement IT service management solutions using ServiceNow in line with enterprise architecture and operational strategies.
* Configure and maintain core ServiceNow ITSM modules, including incident, problem, and change management.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IT service management capabilities with organizational objectives.
* Continuously enhance the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Diagnose and resolve issues across IT service management functionalities and ensure optimal platform performance and integration efficiency.
* Required Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules, especially incident, problem, and change management.
* A strong understanding of ServiceNow's CMDB structure and event correlation rules.
* A solid grasp of server, network, and application architecture, with troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure layers.
* Experience with the ServiceNow database schema, tables, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in Performance Analytics, email notification design, and managing complex data workflows.
* Expertise in using transform maps, data sources, and scripts for effective data import and integration.
* Skilled in developing and managing scheduled jobs, events, and automated triggers within ServiceNow.
* Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, import sets, and custom integrations using scripted approaches.
