IT Support Engineer Opportunity in Jundiai, BrazilWe are seeking an onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and network troubleshooting at our Jundiai site.The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in networking, server management, and IT infrastructure operations within an SLA-driven environment.- Provide onsite IT support including network and hardware troubleshooting.- Work with network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points preferably Cisco, Riverbed.- Assign switch ports to VLANs and patch phone ports as needed.- Troubleshoot Avaya VoIP phones and perform basic configurations.Required Skills:- Networking fundamentals switches, routers, VLANs.- Operating Systems Windows Server, UNIX, Linux.- Basic understanding of Active Directory, MS Exchange, and File/Print Servers.- Familiarity with backup technologies EMC Avamar preferred.- Experience with monitoring tools SolarWinds or similar.This is a fantastic chance to work on a high-profile project in Jundiai.
