Job Description
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling B2B products and solutions, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.
* Research, identify, prioritize, and track sales-ready leads within assigned territories.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities and maintain knowledge of new products and competitors' offerings.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in identifying client needs and proposing suitable Logitech products or solutions. This involves delivering presentations and product demos highlighting key advantages and building relationships with clients.
Collaboration & Coordination:
The successful candidate will work closely with Logitech Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to build a solid sales pipeline and close deals. This includes setting up and facilitating meetings or calls between prospective clients and Logitech Enterprise or Channel Reps.
Sales Process Execution:
The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound leads efficiently, qualifying prospects and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers. This involves following up using a consistent contact attempt strategy to nurture and qualify leads.
CRM & Reporting:
The successful candidate will maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and account progress in Salesforce. This includes ensuring timely and accurate tracking of lead lifecycle stages and sales activities.
Performance-Driven Goals:
The Inside Sales Representative will meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed sales. This requires following leadership strategies to achieve measurable targets and contribute to team success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Specialist, or similar role.
* Hands-on experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling and telemarketing/telesales.
* Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and measurable goals using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
