Responsibilities
  • Prioritization of incidents (critical vs. low).
  • Fast response time to incidents.
  • Explain technical issues to business users.
  • Take ownership and fully resolve issues.
  • Analyze logs, dumps, and messages quickly.
  • Correlate issues across systems.
  • Support during critical business windows.
  • Perform deep root‑cause analysis (RCA).
  • Fix production issues quickly to meet SLAs.
  • Own issues end‑to‑end, not just within one module.
Mandatory Skills
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management, tickets, SLAs, escalations.
  • SAP ABAP (reports, ALV, module pool, enhancements, BADIs, user exits).
  • Debugging skills (end‑to‑end tracing).
  • Performance tuning knowledge.
  • Knowledge of IDoc processing (inbound/outbound) and function modules, BAPIs.
  • Ability to analyze and fix production issues.
  • VC (Variant Configuration).
  • Basic concepts: characteristics, classes, dependencies.
  • Integration of sales order and production.
  • WEBDYNPRO.
  • Understanding of components, views, windows context mapping.
  • UI changes (fields, layout) and basic debugging.
  • Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas.
  • Experience with global AMS projects.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar).

CSV Consultant (Computerized System Validation)Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders for Regulatory Risk Assessment of quality systems, solutions, and services.
  • Review validation deliverables (URS/FS, Test Protocols, Final Reports).
  • Provide quality support for projects and application/infrastructure changes.
  • Support audit and inspection readiness of regulated solutions.
  • Guide IT stakeholders on documents and records management.
  • Recommend actions to close compliance gaps and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance to SOPs, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and coordinate periodic review of GxP applications.
  • Conduct access roster review, audit trail review processes and finalize review reports.
Requirements
  • CSV expertise.
  • FDAr regulations 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, GxP Regulations, GAMP 5, SOX Regulations, EU Annex 11, EU Annex 22, ISO 9001, ITIL processes.
  • Experience using document management tools such as Valgenesis, Veeva Vault, etc.

  • Build and grow client portfolio through business development and long‑term partnerships.
  • Own your practice’s strategic direction, go‑to‑market approach, and team leadership.

What You Bring
  • Extensive consulting or senior leadership experience in cost management, procurement, or performance improvement.
  • Strong track record of client acquisition and project delivery.
  • Deep expertise in one or more industries such as Pharma/Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer, or Logistics.
  • Confidence in engaging with CxO‑level stakeholders and leveraging professional network.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow a successful consulting practice.
Data Analytics & Customer Insights AnalystResponsibilities
  • Diagnosing drivers of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational performance across enterprise clients.
  • Structuring insights from large datasets and Voice of Customer programs into strategic recommendations.
  • Developing analytical frameworks that connect behavioral and operational data to business outcomes.
  • Building executive presentations and data‑driven narratives for C‑level and senior stakeholders.
  • Contributing to consulting proposals and new service offerings—translating insights into commercial value propositions.
  • Supporting the development of consulting methodologies, tools, and analytical approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Marketing.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Strategy consulting, Business analytics or insights, Strategic planning, Business intelligence, or data‑driven product roles.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Desired Skills
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience with customer analytics, Voice of Customer programs, or customer journey analysis.
Technical Expertise
  • High Availability setup (Unix/Windows).
  • SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues.
  • Kickstart environment setup and maintenance.
  • End‑to‑end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients.
  • SAP version and EHP upgrades.
  • Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS.
  • Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM).
  • Advanced English.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio).
  • Customer‑centric mindset with high adaptability.
  • Ability to manage unforeseen situations and drive value.
Additional Experience
  • Production systems and data center operations.
  • Server migration, patching, and upgrade experience.
Certifications Preferred
  • SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, OS/DB Migration.
