Job Overview
A highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer is required to lead the technical assessment, enhancement, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the SAP Fieldglass platform. This role focuses on optimizing contingent workforce management, improving integration reliability, and enabling advanced capabilities such as assignment management and facility access integration.
* This position requires a deep understanding of SAP development, specifically in SAP Fieldglass (SOW, CW, integrations), with a strong emphasis on Fieldglass-SAP S/4HANA integration, including CPI and API-based approaches.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Fieldglass data models, configuration, and extensibility, as well as familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Business Network, and clean core principles.
Main Responsibilities
* Assess and implement Fieldglass Assignment Management to streamline the integration between maintenance work orders and contingent labor.
* Ensure accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA.
* Stabilize and enhance integrations between Fieldglass and S/4HANA for SOWs, timesheets, and fee submissions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency and performance.
* Design and implement integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer who possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 4 years in SAP Fieldglass.
* Proven experience in Fieldglass-SAP S/4HANA integration, including CPI and API-based approaches.
* Strong understanding of Fieldglass data models, configuration, and extensibility.
* Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Business Network, and clean core principles.
