Role Overview
We are looking for a BI Specialist to join our team and support sales and operations with advanced analytics and reporting. This role requires a proactive professional with strong experience in Looker and Google Sheets, capable of developing insightful dashboards and integrating data from multiple sources. Experience with data integration is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker to provide insights for decision-making.
* Use Google Sheets for advanced data manipulation, tracking, and reporting.
* Integrate data from different sources (Salesforce, Commo, APIs, databases) to centralize information.
* Monitor key business metrics (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy.
* Automate data workflows to optimize reporting processes.
* Work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and build effective solutions.
Requirements
Strong experience with Looker (mandatory).
Advanced skills in Google Sheets (formulas, automation, data linking).
Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.
Knowledge of Salesforce dashboards is a plus.
Experience with data integration (APIs, ETL tools, or scripting) is a strong differentiator.
Ability to analyze data and transform it into actionable insights.
Independent problem solver with a strong learning mindset.
Work model : Hybrid (2 days per week at the office in São Paulo, SP).
