This role involves troubleshooting, supporting, bug-fixing and optimizing existing systems while ensuring their high performance, scalability, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced L3 production support for complex application issuesAnalyze, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently within SLAPerform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixesRaise and manage incidents, assess business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholdersCreate and track problem tickets, working closely with Development teams to drive permanent resolutionEscalate critical issues to management when requiredDebug and fix defects in the existing codebaseOptimize system performance, scalability, and reliabilityCollaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teamsMandatory Requirements:Strong coding and debugging skillsExperience in providing L3 Application SupportDevelopment experience (preferred or combined with support)Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C++, Python, or similar)Willingness to participate in technical coding interviews.Fluent English communication.Good to have:Unix/ LinuxSQL/database understanding.ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
