Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate and improve business processes
* Lead hands-on development and coding efforts as a senior developer and technical expert
* Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
* Contribute to deployment planning for developed systems
* Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
* At least 5+ years of experience developing and deploying AWS-based solutions
* Design, build, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines between AWS services and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Develop ETL processes for SFMC and data warehouses or data lakes hosted on AWS
* Collaborate with marketing teams, Salesforce administrators, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Subject matter expertise in integrating SFMC with AWS services and other systems highly desirable
* AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification preferred
