We are equally committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture that empowers every individual to thrive.Join us, and you will be part of a team of over 1,200 people worldwide that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.What We are looking forThe Media Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Novibet Brazil’s media strategy across traditional (ATL) and off-media channels.What you will work on- Support execution of monthly and quarterly ATL media plans (TV, CTV, OOH, radio) within approved budgets, KPIs, and timelines- Coordinate campaign setups, timelines, materials, and deliveries with media agencies and partners- Track campaign delivery, pacing, and performance across channels- Consolidate media results, reports, and post-campaign analyses- Support tactical optimizations and performance-based discussions with agencies- Act as day-to-day contact for agencies, collecting proposals and coordinating approvals and trafficking- Collaborate with Marketing Media & Comms Manager and Global HQ to ensure alignment, reporting, and stakeholder readinessWhat you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in media coordination, media planning, or media operations.
- Solid understanding of traditional media (especially TV) and off-media initiatives.
- Experience working with media agencies
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret media KPIs and reports.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) - mandatory for daily interaction with Global HQ.
