We are growing quickly and looking for a driven outbound professional who knows how to open doors and generate real pipeline.


The Role

This is a high-performance outbound sales position focused on:

* High-volume cold calling
* Prospecting senior decision-makers
* Generating qualified meetings
* Driving pipeline for staff augmentation services


You will be on the phone daily. This role requires confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills. If you thrive in high-activity environments and are motivated by performance targets, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

* Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns targeting the US market
* Engage Directors of Operations, Project Managers, CEOs, COOs, and firm principals in AEC companies
* Qualify prospects for staff augmentation opportunities
* Book meetings for senior sales leadership
* Follow structured outbound sequences (calls, LinkedIn, email)
* Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics
* Handle objections professionally and move conversations forward
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly meeting targets


What We’re Looking For

* Required 4+ years of experience in outbound sales
* Proven experience with high-volume cold calling
* Fluent, professional-level spoken and written English
* Clear and confident communication skills for engaging US-based executives
* Strong objection-handling abilities
* Experience selling B2B services (staffing, outsourcing, tech, or professional services preferred)
* Comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers
* Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
* Experience selling into US-based companies
