🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Graphic Designer with a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
This is a hybrid role combining content creation, execution, and performance analysis, with exposure to broader digital marketing operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage social media content (feed and stories)
* Develop content strategies aligned with each client’s positioning
* Schedule and publish posts using tools such as Metricool
* Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)
* Monitor trends and continuously propose improvements
Additional responsibilities include:
* Conduct basic website audits (UX, visuals, content organization)
* Support image selection and visual curation for social media and websites
* Participate in branding and content reviews
* Assist in optimizing profiles on platforms such as Yelp (training provided)
🧩 Requirements
* Intermediate to advanced English (daily communication required)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of organization and accountability with deadlines
* Strong visual judgment (design, composition, imagery)
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Experience with social media management is a plus, but not required.

We use productivity and monitoring tools to ensure operational efficiency and transparency during working hours.
This includes software such as Teramind, which tracks work-related activity (e.g., active time and task engagement) strictly during working hours.
Our team also connects daily through a virtual office platform, fostering communication and collaboration in a remote environment.

* Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
* Type: Full-time (Contractor)
* Location: Remote (candidates must be based in Brazil)
* Requirements: Personal computer and smartphone
💰 Compensation
* Starting compensation: USD $400/month
