The Role
We are hiring a
CEO Team Associate
.
You will work directly with the CEO to help transform strategic decisions into execution across the company.
The CEO defines the direction.
Your role is to help ensure that
the direction becomes reality across the organization
.
You will work across
Product, Operations, Sales, Finance and Strategy
, coordinating and executing the company's most important initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate strategic projects across the company
Ensure alignment between Product, Ops, Sales, Marketing and Finance
Prepare analyses and materials for strategic decisions
Support the CEO in board meetings, investor updates and strategic reviews
Turn decisions from leadership meetings into clear execution plans
Track progress and remove execution bottlenecks

Profile
We are looking for someone with
0–3 years of experience
who is extremely eager to learn and execute.
Typical backgrounds may include:

Location
The role can be based in
Portugal or Brazil

If based in Portugal, the candidate must be available to
travel to Brazil and stay for periods of time when needed
