Job Title: Fiscal Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Fiscal Operations Specialist to lead the delivery of high-quality financial operations support for a global team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules, including Accounts Receivable, Customers, Billing, Collections, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
* Resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality functional support within defined timelines.
* Assist users during financial close processes across multiple regions (LATAM, US, APAC).
* Perform regression testing during quarterly SaaS environment updates.
* Maintain SOX compliance and ensure documentation aligns with ITIL standards.
* Drive support best practices in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, with a strong focus on financial modules and Brazilian localizations.
* Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years with Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
* Participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects (LATAM and US).
* Proficiency in BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and REST.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
* Fluent in English.
