As a senior leader, they will work collaboratively with their team, parents, and the wider network to position the school as a "School of Choice" that delivers exceptional learning experiences and outcomes.
The Principal's responsibilities span safeguarding, driving teaching quality through evidence-based improvement, strategic planning, community engagement, and commercial performance.
They will be responsible for promoting academic excellence, supporting teacher professional development, and ensuring the school is well-resourced and equipped to deliver high-quality education.
The Principal reports to the Regional Managing Director (RMD) and is expected to be a strong advocate for the school and its students.
