Job Title: Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with key decision-makers.
The Role:
* Create high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director through targeted outbound outreach across multiple channels.
* Generate meaningful conversations with hiring leaders at mid-market companies across the U.S.
This role is high-volume, phone-led, and metrics-driven—best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to position services in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
* Own the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Research and segment leads using data platforms and social media tools.
* Execute 100 –120+ cold calls/day, plus daily targeted emails and LinkedIn messaging.
* Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders).
* Track activity and pipeline through CRM systems.
* Partner closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and alignment.
* Iterate and improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data.
