We are hiring Case Managers at all levels to support our expanding customer base.

As a Case Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of technical professionals solving supply chain issues for customized parts.What do we do in Case Management?Improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.Track and monitor the progress of customer orders and partner jobs.Provide excellent customer and partner service by building relationships and providing timely updates.Leverage manufacturing design and production knowledge to ensure timely job delivery.Understand supplier capabilities and oversee activities including assessments, scheduling, quality reviews, and corrective actions.Assess impacts of part rejections and coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.Manage customer complaints related to product returns.Report on status, risks, and efforts to recover troubled orders.ResponsibilitiesDocument all case activities in the central database.Utilize company technology platforms and adhere to the Quality Management System.Monitor supplier quality metrics.Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Care, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet delivery and satisfaction goals.Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and leadership.Participate in initiatives to streamline and automate processes.Work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety policies.QualificationsExperience in project management, supply chain, or customer service.At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and inspection methods.Ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex problems.Self-motivated, independent worker capable of driving actions to completion.Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and support supplier quality activities.Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to manage upward and laterally.Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
