Document Extraction Specialist
We are seeking an expert in document extraction to join our team. As a Document Extraction Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end and strong knowledge of document extraction techniques such as extraction rules, NLP, and deep learning.
You will work closely with stakeholders to design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, and workflow design.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing IDP solutions
* Developing and managing workflows, including validation and human-in-the-loop activities
* Conducting testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models
* Fine-tuning classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end
* Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques
* Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition
* Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence
* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration
* Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
