OverviewWhat do you get to do in this position?The Innovation/ IA Tools SAMl Launch Leader within Services Commercial team is in charge of deploying EcoCare offer/CPQ4S (Power, Digital Power and Secure Power) in a country where no launch leader is available as well as take care of AI tool portfolio deployment and adoption. They will work closely with the Global Services team and various groups within the country (Commercial teams, offer management, Marketing and Operations) to effectively launch and scale this new and strategic offer developed by the Global Services Transformation League.Primary areas of focus for the position:You will partner with Offer Marketing/Management Leader and be directly responsible for developing value proposition and product launch strategy by identifying target segments, channels, applications, personas, and Go-To-Market.You will be directly responsible for executing the launch and Go-To-Market strategy to generate demand by partnering with Marketing Communications, segment leaders and the commercial and sales organization.Collaborate with Marketing Communications and segment leadership to develop marketing message for launch events, trade shows, company website, brochures, promotional videos, banners, social media communication, and thought leadership activities.Collaborate with various operations teams (middle office, execution, etc.) to ensure feasibility of offer delivery.Lead presentation of the offers at target trade shows.Localize training material to train sales, specifiers, and quotations teams, and be the Master Trainer for these teams in coordination with Category Managers.Estimate, secure and manage budget for offer launches.Collaborate with launch leaders of companion offers, and global marketing leadership.Track launch success.Detailed activities by stream:GTM SupportPerform customer platforming with Sales leaders (Capex, Segments, Services) to define the right GTM and the targeted segmentsDefine GTM strategy and simplify sales messaging with weekly feedback sessions with Sales OpsCreate with Global Marcom the Inside Sales Support Strategy to push the EcoCare/CPQ4S Launch (e.g., Sales & Marketing Automation campaign, IB Campaign)Training (for Sales and Beyond)Localize Training content for remote and in-person learnings (Services Sales, Inside Sales, V1s, Channels, tendering and other internal teams for awareness)Demo the Digital Features to support Sales force pitching the offerFeedback Sessions with Services Sales to reinforce their offer comprehension and understandinga.
