Web Developer Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team in Brazil. As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining custom WordPress solutions for high-impact international projects.
The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, as well as deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem. Experience with technical SEO, performance, and security best practices is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
* Convert design mockups into responsive, high-performance websites
* Optimize websites for speed, security, and scalability
* Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain multiple WordPress sites
* Collaborate using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Notion
You will work closely with a project manager based in France and collaborate daily with a dynamic global team. If you're highly autonomous, organized, and fluent in English (French is a plus), this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Profile:
* 5–8 years of professional WordPress development experience
* Advanced skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
* Deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem
* Proven ability to develop custom plugins/themes without page builders
* Experience with technical SEO, performance, and security best practices
* Proficient with Git and version control
