We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer (.NET) to join our remote-first team and help build scalable business-critical applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
Your Role
As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you will work across backend and frontend development, building reliable applications, improving engineering practices, and contributing to technical decisions in a collaborative global environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core / .NET Web API
* Develop modern frontend applications with Blazor
* Work with MudBlazor and Syncfusion Blazor components
* Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
* Develop and optimize solutions using Azure SQL Database and Azure App Service
* Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
* Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher)
* Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Web API
* Solid frontend experience with Blazor
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with Azure DevOps, with openness to future GitHub workflows
* Experience with Azure infrastructure, including Azure SQL Database and App Services
* Clean code mindset and attention to detail
