**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment.
