Career Advancement Opportunity: Lead SAP Technical Cutover Management
We are seeking an experienced SAP technical cutover manager to join our team, responsible for co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points, as well as prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO.
2. Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks.
3. Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
4. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required for this position.
Prior experience with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies is a plus.
