Job Description:
This role focuses on sourcing and placing top technical talent in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
 * Develop strategic pipelines of technical candidates using innovative strategies.
 * Leverage industry-leading sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and ATS systems.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing their qualifications to job requirements.
 * Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
 * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates efficiently.
 * Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
Requirements:
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
 * Proven experience recruiting for technical roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Strong communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset.
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and modern ATS systems.
