What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You’ll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.
Responsibilities

Proactive talent sourcing and hiring support, people operations, and administrative tasks.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
Collaborate across teams to improve processes and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

What you need to have to apply

Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills;
Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree;

Contractor details

As a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potentially increasing to R$5K after 6 months)
Work with international clients and standards
