Key Account Strategist
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to join our team. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive account strategies that drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely issue resolution.
* Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
* Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention.
* Strong project management, client servicing, and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization.
