Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the food ingredients and additives industry.
Main Responsibilities
* Market Development: Develop and implement market development strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
* Customer Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing and potential customers.
* Sales Management: Manage and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and goals.
* Product Promotion: Promote and sell products to customers in designated regions.
* Sales Contract Management: Manage sales contracts, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the food ingredients or food additives industry;
* Familiarity with hydrocolloid products and applications;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Good written and oral English language proficiency;
* Proficiency with office software;
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
