Lead Automotive UX Study
We're looking for a bilingual project management professional with a solid technical toolkit and on-the-ground research experience to lead a fast-moving automotive UX study.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar, and be comfortable diagnosing common hardware / connectivity issues. They will also have exceptional organization, proactive communication, and be unflappable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project, using your skills to drive results and improve the user experience. You will be working closely with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality research and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and own the project plan—timelines, participant milestones—working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Moderate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English.

Requirements
* Residence / Work Authorization: Based in the greater São Paulo area; legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil.
* Language: Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).
* Experience: 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.
* Tools: Google Workspace, project-management suite (Asana / JIRA), basic spreadsheets; willingness to learn our proprietary research platform.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive communication, unflappable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Preferred Extras
* Prior automotive or in-vehicle research experience.
* Prior Team management or project coordination experience.
Contract Details
* Term: 3 months (July – September 2025), ~40 hrs/week.
* Hybrid: Remote most days; up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork.
* Compensation: Competitive monthly contractor rate in BRL, based on experience.
