Relationship Manager
The Role involves owning client relationships, primarily with chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
* Daily Communication: Clients are kept informed daily via calls, emails, and texts to prevent needing to ask.
* Client Onboarding: New clients are led through setup ensuring proper tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns configuration.
* Campaign Performance Monitoring: Daily review of ad and funnel performance tracks metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
The ideal candidate has previous sales or lead generation experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions, a proactive approach, solution-oriented mindset, comfort working with multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration across departments is key.
