From a Corporate Citizenship perspective, we are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as our Collaboration support analyst. This role is designed to lead the on/off boarding process for all new joiners/leavers in the Corporate Citizenship Network, support the engagement activities to strengthen connections and foster collaborations and act as central point of contact to manage general questions and requests from all the team.
The Sr. Analyst will support the Corporate Citizenship in the following areas:
Essential Priorities
Foster Connections and collaboration to increase our Social Impact (support coordination of learning virtual sessions and management of a new regular newsletter for the team).
Through the coordination and delivery of key engagement sessions and communications targeting our entire Corporate Citizenship Team, this role will serve as the central force that brings the team together, creates learning opportunities, and fosters collaboration, knowledge exchange, and connections.
Strengthen engagement, and sense of belonging while establishing and continue building the foundation of our Team Culture and offering learning opportunities (On/Off boarding Process, and CC Mailbox/Accenture Direct questions Management)
This role will support activities aimed at building a strong foundation to enhance the sense of belonging within the team. In addition, it will be essential for this role to serve as a key point of contact (PoC) for our teammates, providing answers to their questions and offering support.
Production of summary updates /presentations, Global Subscriptions management and content management (CC Shared Mailbox, content update and maintenance, support the creation of key ad-hoc presentations and global subscriptions management, and maintenance of SharePoint and MS Teams)
Supporting the creation of engaging and visually appealing slides and presentations for our various virtual sessions (including those requested by leadership) will be a key activity for this role. Additionally, this role will involve managing our content management approach and maintaining key tools, such as SharePoint and MS Teams, to ensure compliance with Information Security requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
On/Off Boarding Process:
1. Become key point of contact for the network to be aware of all new joiners, leavers and internal rotations.
2. Create, maintain and share onboarding materials, welcome emails and lead induction calls with new joiners ensuring these are included in our distro lists and granted access to key tools as needed.
3. Take required actions for leavers (remove access, etc.).
4. Maintenance of who is who pack and internal contact site and others e.g. Resources File, CC Facebook
Network Engagement and Communications:
5. Support the coordination and delivery of key engagement sessions with logistics, recording, interaction tools (i.e. Menti), and co-presenting.
6. Support launch of a regular newsletter for the team (including information about different programs, stories, milestones and updates).
7. Monitor and follow up questions and connections happening during engagement sessions.
8. Attendance tracking.
9. Creation and Maintenance of key power point/trackers (i.e. virtual sessions presentations, Case studies; Story Tracker, etc.).
10. Provide ad-hoc support to our network.
Content Management & SharePoint and MS Teams (tool and content) Maintenance:
11. Responsible for the SharePoint structure, content and access maintenance.
12. Maintenance of MS Teams channels and information stored there.
13. Be up to date on Accenture´s content management approach and share tips and resources with the network and global team.
14. Define Content Management Approach for our global team and promote to ensure all team is following same criteria to store/maintain content
15. Collaboration with Corporate Citizenship Information Security Lead to ensure compliance of requirements and alignment with Corporate Citizenship retention schedule.
Global Subscriptions, survey management and CC Mailbox follow up:
16. Key Point of Contact to manage the relationship and processes related to the different Global CC Subscriptions (promotion, budget notification, usage assessment, leading the approval process for renewal or cancellation, etc.).
17. Creation, launch and maintenance of Surveys in ConfirmIt/Forsta.
18. Pro Bono Surveys Process: Quarterly reporting and Guidance Maintenance
19. Monitor and follow up questions/emails received through the Corporate Citizenship Mailbox and the Accenture Direct inquires .and PoC for Accenture Direct questions to ensure emails are re-direct to key SME/Contacts.
Other Ad-hoc support:
20. Leadership Requests.
21. Connecting with team members to get stories from the different teams and geographies - regarding different topics (E.g.: Disaster Relief, PwD, Environmental sustainability, Pride, among many others) to publish them later.

27. Strong attention to detail.
28. Expert level of Power point and SharePoint.
29. Experience with collaboration tools, e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint.
Nice To Have Experience
30. Knowledge and genuine interest of Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship programs and more broadly about Corporate Social Responsibility and social impact matters.
31. Experience of a corporate environment, preferably in a sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility / people-focused role or team.
