What We Are Looking For:
* You will be responsible for conducting video and phone consultations, through our platform, attending in the specialty of cardiology, with a biopsychosocial approach to the health-disease process, integrating prevention, promotion, protection, recovery, and health education actions to achieve the best clinical results;

o Experience and knowledge for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with cardiovascular diseases and disorders;

o Conduct remote medical consultations, being able to conduct virtual anamnesis to collect complaints and medical history, perform clinical examinations and evaluations at a distance, interpret laboratory and imaging test results, formulate accurate diagnoses, propose therapeutic measures and care instructions, recognize risk signs and severity criteria in cardiology, and criteria for referral to face-to-face care;

o Act in a way that prioritizes person-centered medical practice;

o Develop individualized treatment plans, taking into account the specific needs of each patient;

o Be skilled in prescribing appropriate medications to treat cardiovascular diseases;

o Maintain track of patients' progress throughout telemedicine treatment;

o Adjust treatment plans as needed, based on patient response to treatment;
*
o Develop integrated health activities, incorporating health promotion and prevention to provide adequate responses to health needs presented;

o Provide high-quality care, being resolutive in most orientations about main health problems in cardiology;

o Consider patients' personal values and preferences together with the best scientific evidence and clinical management experience to effectively promote best clinical practice and health outcomes for each individual;

o Exercise rational use of health resources to ensure patient safety and prevent over-diagnosis and over-treatment, which exposes individuals to greater risks than benefits in health;

o Encourage participation and autonomy of individuals and families, strengthening adherence to treatments and self-care measures;

o Document all interactions and relevant information from patients in secure and confidential electronic medical records;

o Have the ability to critically evaluate their own medical activity, considering it in its scientific, ethical, and social aspects for continuous improvement;

o Maintain themselves well-informed and updated, expanding their own competence regarding knowledge about health risks and about the most efficient measures to eliminate or reduce relevant health risks;

o Respect, comply with, and enforce the dictates of the Medical Ethics Code, as well as current legislation and formal internal regulations of the Institution;
