Job Description
* Execute the market activation strategy by identifying and onboarding new customer accounts.
* Collaborate with Sales Executives to define optimal customer profiles per branch/channel.
* Ensure all newly acquired accounts are registered, documented, and transitioned properly.
* Maintain daily reports on progress, customer pipeline, and activation metrics.
* Participate in local market visits, trade outreach, and territory mapping.
* Support TT Channel Supervisors in achieving account opening targets and regional expansion goals.
* Contribute to weekly performance reviews and suggest improvements for outreach efficiency.
* Work closely with commercial teams to align activation efforts with product launches and promotions.
* Utilize handheld devices effectively to ensure smooth work processes and achieve HHD KPIs.
* Build relationships with customer decision makers.
* Supervise merchandisers' daily performance to maintain smooth delivery, proper shelf and back door space, FIFO management, promotional execution, and provide necessary support.
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring activities promote compliance with ESG commitments and contribute to sustainable development within the company’s supply chain.
Academic Background
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any administrative field.
