The role:
**Function**:
- Solid understanding of Azure/AWS principles, architecture and management;
- Understanding of IaaS, PaaS service delivery;
- Experience and hands-on with Azure services: migration to Azure, re-platforming of on-premises solutions to Azure-native incl. compute, network and storage, logging & monitoring;
- To work with other consultants and the PMO team to delivery Azure Cloud Projects;
- Be familiar with Agile projects;
- Support Solutions Architect Team reviewing technical statement of works.
What we need to see from you:
Technical Skills:
- Deep experience working in DevOps on Azure;
- Vast Experience of the following key technologies:
- Github and other Repo solutons;
- CI / CD Platforms like Azure Devops, Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab, etc;
- Configuration Management solutions like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc;
- Terraform (module development, workspaces, security practices and tooling, etc)
- Proven ability to deliver project based on DevOps solutions;
- Proven ability to deliver Infrastructure-as-code based projects;
- Ability to create scripts in at least one of the following is desirable:
- Python;
- BASH;
- Powershell;
- Tooling specific API’s;
Desirable technical skills:
- At least one of the following certifications:
- AZ-303, AZ-304 and/or AZ-305
- AZ-500
- Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate
