">">The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Extensive experience with NodeJS, TypeScript & React, leveraging modern development patterns and best practices.
2. Proven experience building event-driven systems using tools like message brokers or similar technologies.
3. Commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a strong track record of delivering high-quality code.
4. Experience designing and maintaining systems that perform under heavy traffic and scale with user demand.
5. Proficiency with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for monitoring and maintaining system health.
6. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features, from initial design through production release.
